After several unsuccessful calls to other "masters", I stumbled upon this service. The guys reacted, which surprised me, somehow kindly, humanly, really listening to me and eventually solving the problem with the computer, much cheaper and faster than offered and told at other points, online on the site I tracked what was happening with my device , and when requesting a guarantee, they sent an e-mail a check with a guarantee for work 3 months! And then came the "finish", which I clearly did not expect - in addition to free diagnostics, attention, FREE SHIPPING !!! Excellent service center. Updated Windows, changed the hard drive. We cleaned and washed (my gray Note turned white from dirt). I am satisfied with the quality and dispute of the service. I will recommend to my friends :)

I handed over a working laptop, which did not turn on periodically, after five days they called me to ask for a password, entered it, I asked how the laptop was doing, they told me that it’s not clear yet, we will carry out diagnostics and will call you back in three days they called and said that a replacement for the motherboard and keyboard is required, because it is flooded, I was extremely surprised, because when I handed over the laptop, the keyboard worked, I decided that some keys might not work and said that they should change the board, but did not touch the keyboard. When I came to pick up I saw that the keyboard did not work at all. It is very interesting and strange why when he called and asked for a password, he did not notice a completely non-working keyboard, and if he did, then he did not consider it necessary to say this. Another strange thing is that when I handed over the laptop, I did not have the letter T, but after it appeared. I am completely sure that they filled in my keyboard and pretended that it was so. The warranty card was taken and not returned, I see no reason to understand. A lot of positive reviews and maybe I was just unlucky, but no one is safe and not a fact that you are lucky when you decide to fix your device from these unscrupulous masters.
