I want to share my bitter experience in using the services of this institution in order to warn others not to make such a mistake or be prepared. If your money is dear to you, then I would not advise you to contact this institution. They say that only a fool steps on a rake twice - I stepped on them three times. The first time I took a joystick from the Xbox 360 console to them in a malfunctioning state, hoping for a fix. They repaired it within a week, at the end they announced the impossibility of repairing it and returned it, but supposedly they took 80 UAH for diagnostics. The second time I took the system unit from a computer with a faulty motherboard to them. They found that only replacement was required and offered to solve this problem for 2000 UAH - I refused. They returned it to me all the same broken, but again they took 200 UAH for diagnostics. And recently, the xbox 360 prefix breaks down in children. When I came to them, I asked them immediately before giving them for repair that if this unit after repairs still was not working properly, would I owe them something or not. They said no. It was repaired for two and a half weeks, at the end they announced the burnt out processor and the unprofitableness of the repair and offered to take the broken attachment, but they demanded 200 UAH for diagnostics. To my question that nothing had been done, they replied that they had opened it. My wife talks about the advisability of filing a report with the police on the fact of fraud on their part. But somehow I don't want to make a row. In fact, I paid all three times for nothing, maybe they just kept the devices and after a while they returned them without even opening them, but still taking a fee supposedly for diagnostics. Although the system unit was definitely opened due to the fact that it was returned in a disassembled state, they did not even bother to put all the coolers and radiators in place, and as it turned out later, in addition, they broke the processor mount on the motherboard and kept silent about it. I hope my review will help at least someone.
