Disgusting service. Boor sellers. They are selling poor-quality goods that they do not want to take back. All responsibility is shifted to the buyer. I will never again use the services of these ,, entrepreneurs ,,

I bought my sister’s phone (Xiaomi Redmi 5). The consultant told us only that: “If there is a breakdown, contact us within 2 days and we will repair it for FREE”, and nothing more! That same evening, my sister decided to change the old "Miklaud" to her own. That is, before that the phone was already on the "Miklaud" from the previous owner. Before that, they tried to bring the phone down to the factory settings. (It never got off to the factory settings, although they waited about 1-2 hours). Later, the sister removes the acc and locks the screen with the words “Enter the old password from the former Miklaud” .. Naturally the next day, the sister went to figure out what was the matter. And we were denied free flashing of the phone, allegedly and she blocked it. I had to pay extra UAH 300 for a reflash. Now I was convinced that it was easier to pay extra than to use used equipment here!

They gave the phone for repair. Not only that the phone stayed with them for almost 2 weeks (it's a flashing and battery replacement), so also the battery was not installed a new one. And blinded from what was. From the old (native) battery, they tore off a sticker, wrapped in it some strange, scratched and obviously used spare part, and that would fit the size, filled with a silicone emptiness in the sticker! After their repair, the phone worked for a month. For the repair gave 450grn, consider that they just threw it out!
