Я понимаю что цель магазина набить карман собственнику и я не против отдавать деньги, но в замен хотелось бы получить не только товар, но и нормальное обращение, консультацию и сервис которого тут нет!! после подтверждения покупки и оплаты на кассе товара началась такая тянучка, что то долго ищут, ждут какого человека, ищут нож чтоб открыть коробку, а самое обидное что товар даже не проверили на работоспособность -отдали так! дома оказалось что моя покупка не соответствует указным характеристикам. и мне пришлось вновь ехать в магазин. Спасибо что хоть сделали возврат, без обращений в сервисный центр и т.д. Обложка неплохая, но система продаж и сервиса требует доработок!

Maybe such a service in Ukraine is not always comfy, but it is here that I do not advise the loss of money and, most importantly, positive emotions from the purchase. When I asked Svetlana to call the older one, she vomited with a pretentious air that everyone was already at home and she was no longer working (at 19 o'clock! 03/01/21), the question of why she generally communicated doubtfully, by the appearance of her pupils, unhealthy skin color and behavior, suspicion that what - he uses, I would like to draw the attention of the management to this, inadequacy in all its glory. Awful store. Simply the worst of all the promoted hardware stores !!! Nightmare. how much nonsense you need to do to change the glass for insurance. Terrible staff. We gave 600 UAH just like that! If I could have put a score of -5. Better to shop at another store. Hopefully they will.
