The store staff tries to profit from customers, and misleads their customers. I bought a coffee maker in the store. When he came home he tried to make coffee. Filled with water and the coffee maker leaked. How would I find this nuance in the store ?! I tried to return the coffee machine, to which I was told that the coffee machine was already used, because I poured water there and the staff refused to return the money, or at least replace this defective coffee machine with a new one. They demanded that I contact the service center. Why should I use a refurbished coffee maker when I paid for a new one?!?!?!?! I can buy such a coffee maker (repaired) on OLH ... Moreover, a month has passed since I gave the coffee machine to the official Foxtrot service center, and the only thing I was told was that it was really defective from the factory. But they still refuse to return the money or replace it with a new one !!! For a second, I've been using this coffee maker for a month now, but no - I'm still waiting for it to be repaired. With this problem, I will turn to Consumer Protection, and I hope that this store will be fined heavily.

Terrible chain of stores! I do not advise anyone to buy anything here, in case of product failure you will never receive your compensation. Scammers!
