I bought a razor for my husband, she doesn’t give his beard, went to the store, wanted to change it for another, they took the razor from us for examination, when they called and said that you can come in to pick it up (the expert did not find any problems), the husband explained that she didn’t work , to which he was told, well, she's buzzing. And this is the normal answer for such a large company? This only suggests that the staff is incompetent. Sent again for examination, the same result. I didn’t ask for a refund, we just wanted to change it to a normal razor (the one I bought, even doesn’t throw hair on my arm, we were advised to try it in the store). Indeed, for such a large company of Eldorado, the most important thing is that the machine is buzzing. I will not recommend this store to my friends and acquaintances. 👎👎👎

Quite far-sighted staff. Complete absence of anti-epidemic measures on the part of staff. Mostly the one who works in the hall. Knowledge of the product and additional information at zero. A chain of stores that spoils the market.

Nightmare I came to buy a washing machine and the first jamb happened at the checkout, the cashier made the wrong purchase and almost paid a thousand extra from her salary for me, okay, they marinated me for half an hour, nothing.
