As a result, after waiting an hour or more, I was told that the phone needed a serious repair for 1500 hryvnia. Then I ordered a battery for 200 hryvnia for ALI and changed it myself in 20 minutes. Where did they get the repair for 1500 hryvnia from it is not clear, they probably thought that the LOSHOK latch can be lifted from it out of the blue and get 1500 hryvnia.

Another hour passed, the courier did not arrive, I They said that they will insert a display from Sony Xperia Z3 Dual. an hour later they inserted it into me, but yellow spots appeared on the screen, they again carried away the telephone, and finally broke the frame of the telephone. The young man at the reception promised that I will have the phone on Monday until 15-00 with a free courier. As a result, I left the service at 17-30 without a phone. On Tuesday at around 13-00 I called myself, they told me that there wasn’t any information about the readiness and they would call me back after the call .. It turned out that the phone was ready, but there was no delivery information. At 15:40, there are no calls from the service, it’s not possible to get through to the phone itself, there’s still silence about the chime requests ... and nobody ... Around 17-00 I managed to phone, the master said that the courier from the supplier was already on and the display with a frame was carrying to the service center. As a result, in 2 days they managed and gave me a smartphone with a damaged frame.
