I stopped in to upgrade my sim card to 4G. There were other customers ahead of me but I was greeted, then served promptly and courteously when my turn came.

I can’t say that I didn’t like something here, ... a normal ordinary store !!! Thank God at least they don't throw themselves on the neck, it's great !!!

Nice attentive sellers. The assortment of mobile phones and accessories is very modest; there may be a queue in the store during periods of charging subscription fees. There is almost never a queue in the early and late opening hours. The terminal does not accept new 20 hryvnia bills.

SHAME TO KIEVSTAR! I'm outraged. For the registration of the pension tariff, they forced an 82-year-old almost never-walking grandmother to come in person. They said either personally or a power of attorney from a notary. There are no options. It is unrealistic to get through to the Kievstar operator.
