Terrible service. The department employs only two people, one of them at the checkout. I'm second in line, and the person in front has a bunch of payments. A request to open a second cashier was refused, they say, the person is on vacation. They offered to come after an HALF HOUR or go to another department. Welcome to the scoop.

Rare boars work. Managed to lose a new card, instead of an apology to the client "poking" and rudeness in response. The manager Rechkina and Oleinik can also swear at the client, they cannot really answer a single question about loan products and accounts. The head of this disgrace, someone Julia Romanenko, is never in the ward; she defends and disguises the incompetence and "bazaar" of her subordinates in every possible way, she breaks down into jargon in a conversation. If possible, transfer to any other departments, as here you are expected only by deception and rudeness, the staff here are incompetent, illiterate and ill-mannered.

I issued a social card three years ago, every year I went to change it after the expiration date. In the third year, they noticed that during registration they indicated my maiden name and refused to give me a new card (they said that it was necessary to release a new plastic with the correct name and pay 30 UAH). I didn’t mind, but when I asked why I hadn’t seen it for three years and why they indicated my maiden name when making the card, they started to prove to me that I had issued the card before I got married. I told when I got married and what was wrong, the data was pulled up from my salary card, which was issued earlier, but no. Again, they started proving to me that they know better when I got married, and if I don’t have any more bills than social ones. And then I exploded. What kind of nonsense ??? THOSE. they could not make a mistake in registration, but they can claim and prove to me when I got married and they know this information 100%. Where is respect for the client? themselves napartachili and still left guilty. Here is such a professionalism.

Good day. I had to go to this department, potamu that nearby. BUT MORE WALK DO NOT BUDU.HAMSTVO, disrespect, lies. ESPECIALLY employee named PUNTUS (this is a woman). Whatever you ask, the answer is: "I'll tell you again." That again, when I spoke for the first time, nothing is known. This Puntus is there as a hostess. In general I will not go any more. And friends and acquaintances too.

This is the worst branch. After I transferred here, I was very sorry. It is better to go much further, but to be treated as a client. What kind of operation you do not conduct-everywhere problems (where they were not there before). Constant employee error. Specifically, I served the same lady. Some obscene words.
