Even one ball is a lot for this store. I ordered a jacket - instead of fur on the collar and inside - synthetic winterizer) the size does not match. There is no return yet. Although where I ordered it, nothing was specified. I do not recommend this store as much as possible. Just awful!!!

Good afternoon! I was very dissatisfied with the goods, the price does not match the quality and size too! In the katrina fashion store I ordered a dress with red pajedas, when I received the dress, it turned out to be a size smaller, and the pajedas began to crumble !!!!!! I called back to the store and asked to change to another, since the size was small or change to another model, they refused me and it is very not pleasant !!!!! The dress is not cheap 590 UAH., We are all people and let them remain! Dear customers, be careful when working with the katrina fashion store !!!!! You can pay a lot of money and stay on hand with NOT a quality product !!!!!!

And I was pleased with the work of the store. I ordered a dress on 12/27, incredibly, but received it already on 12/29. I doubted very much what the new mail would bring, but I was in it at the holiday. They called back very quickly and sent the parcel. Thanks a lot to the staff.
