HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!! At the first order, instead of the promised 4 days, I waited 10 days! I was the only one who cared about my order: I asked about delivery and so on. They did not even bother to warn about delays. Managed to make an order a second time: GOODS WHICH IN STOCK !!!! Especially not to wait long. The delivery time was announced for 3-7 working days. I waited patiently and on the 8th day I called to find out what happened with the shipment. They answered that the courier confused something with TTN and promised to send it the next day. In the end, they sent NOT what I ordered. Confused again when placing an order .... And now they put me a condition: first you send us the product that we mixed up, and then we will send you a replacement! I HAVE TO WAIT AND WASTE YOUR TIME AGAIN! I made a full prepayment, that is, I trusted the store and it means that they do not trust me despite the fact that they messed up more than once!
