Unfortunately, I also have to leave a not flattering review. + really tasty and tender kebab, which is not so common - errors in orders - bad service A little more detail on the cons. I made 2 orders (for a total of 4 kilogrivnas). The first one arrived without any problems, while the second one had several errors (it was not what he ordered) and several items were missing. I told the driver who delivered, and then talked to the dispatcher who deals with the orders. They promised that the difference in finances would be returned to the card. Nothing was returned, it's been 2 weeks already. You can see a mess in the company, you should not expect high-quality service. Customers are not valued.

Feedback for those who are going to place orders. I ordered pizza several times, both times they brought less than the declared weight (900 grams!) Once per 100 grams, the second by 200 !!! Given that, during the order, I asked to check. Pizza is absolutely not worth its money! 180 UAH, both times cooked differently, despite the fact that they ordered the same one. I advise you to think VERY carefully before ordering. I especially liked the way this office communicates with the client, after the comments)) I advise you to send your cook to get, at least a preschool education!) She clearly does not know how to communicate with people, she was offended and hung up

Awful service, I do not recommend anyone to contact, such should not exist at all in conditions of competition and consumer protection. They gave an order for 1k hryvnia, as a result, a complete disappointment, starting with trifles like the wrong sauces in the order and slightly damp turkey kebabs and ending with stale dorado and simply disgusting langoustines (they are either overcooked, or missing, or both). I tried to peacefully decide, dial and get at least some answer. We made claims to the administrator, in the end she conveyed that she understood everything, but the owner did not want to discuss anything. Most of all I was struck by the fact that the management of this "nausea" is apparently very busy and does not want to communicate, considers clients "mere mortals". But maybe we made a too small order and they have a queue of regular wholesale customers, I hope such reviews will correct the situation. P.S. At least the neck turned out to be bearable, thanks at least for not being screwed up
