Update 1/03 выслали серый лоток за свой счёт, правда никто об этом не сообщил, только в Джастине увидела что ко мне едет посылка) спасибо за, наконец то, адекватную реакцию По поводу лотка. У вас на сайте не указано что лоток в ассортименте. В телефонном разговоре мне тоже об этом не сказали. Откуда я могу знать, что за картинкой серого лотка скрывается: "лоток в ассортименте, цвет надо уточнять, иначе вышлют рандомный?" На сайте представлены два абсолютно одинаковых лотка в разных цветах, красный и серый (даже структура артикула говорит о том, что разница только в цвете). Это подразумевает, что при заказе красного или серого я должна получить именно тот, который я заказываю. Я когда на мейкапе заказываю серый лак, мне почему-то не присылают красный со словами "лак в ассортименте, вы цвет не уточняли". Зачем уточнять цвет, если под каждый цвет выделена отдельная позиция и я ее заказываю. У вас на сайте под цвет выделены позиции и не указаны иные инструкции или что-либо про ассортимент. Ну самое дикое, конечно, не это, а то как магазин старается выкрутиться из ситуации, спорит и не отвечает по факту ни на один аргумент по поводу того, что на сайте информации про ассортимент нет. Я прикрепила скриншоты с сайта, которые сделала до того, как магазин поменял информацию. Там ни слова про ассортимент!Смешно)))Со мной спорят о том, что я не права, но в действительности сами понимают что не правы и добавляют информацию на сайт)))))

At the same time, there is not a word about this on the site, a gray and a red tray is represented by separate positions .. Nobody specified anything on the phone either (well, there were also problems with making an order, they did not call me back immediately) Please make an exchange for gray at the expense of the company - we'll see) Why should I indicate the color? I do not understand at close range. the sata does not contain information about what color should be specified or that the tray is in different colors. why on earth should I guess to specify a color?

I am very happy with the store. I order through the Internet more than once, Brit for a dog in bags, delivered on the same day. Very friendly operator, as far as I remember her name is Alina. We solve all issues quickly. The courier always calls back, helps to bring the bag home. The prices are reasonable. I am satisfied. I even reread the address and name, did not believe what they were writing about this store.

I made an order online, sent the application back at 9 am. The website states that the food is in stock. Hope was that they would bring it today or tomorrow, since there are weekends and deliveries do not work. As a result, I was contacted only at 4 p.m., they informed me that the food was out of stock and the receipt would be from Tuesday. Thanks to this, the pet store will keep the dog hungry, since it did not have time to place an order in other pet stores before lunch. I also ordered the "Callback" service twice, they called back almost an hour later. I wanted to place an order here for the first time, as the prices are good, but I don’t want to, thank you

That's just generally sad. Let's sort it out in order. I am writing to the mail, they say, what does the cashback icon on a certain group of goods mean? I get the answer that HZ call, I quote, "to the store". Those. the person is absolutely incompetent and in addition illiterate. I ought to learn Russian. I come to the store on "Ak. Pavlova" (I live nearby). I ask the same question. I get in response HZ that on the site we do not relate to it in any way, I can not help. Well, this is a circus. I'm trying to order a product via a call back. The girl calls back and says that cashback in this case implies an additional discount. I say ok, let's order. There is no product code on the site. I ask, where is he here? Answers, if there is no code, then the product is out of stock. I looked, and its (code) is not really anywhere. I name the product by name, it turns out that the price is 100 UAH more expensive. In principle, the dialogue can be minimized. Interest, I note, in the sale of a bag of feed to a potential client, zero. We draw conclusions. The staff who work there are a bunch of autistic people. I have not come across more than one adequate and, more importantly, competent employee. The one who works on the site is also some kind of narrow-minded character. The site is an unfinished slag. I don’t know how you could pay for that. The bottom line. Sales can be increased several times, I speak as an experienced manager. But for this you need to fire all morons. And carefully select other people. Judging by the average rating of your store, this is far from a subjective opinion. If the owner reads this, then draw conclusions. Really bad. Just amateurism.
