The cashier and the manager in this department do not know how to issue a Western Union transfer - I was refused to receive a transfer, because to receive a transfer they say you need a physical dollar card, I refused to issue it, because a card is not needed to receive such a transfer - the staff is not competent in this department. In the next branch, I was previously given such a transfer without any cards. UPD: all the same, the transfer after the second visit and the scandal was received, the issue was resolved only through the hotline of the private bank. And to the manager and cashier Elena Smolyaninova a separate hello - do not divorce people to useless cards !!!

1) 2 places with specialists (I have not seen this in another department); 2) Professionalism (everything was told as it should); 3) Mobility (quick registration of the necessary papers); 4) Willingness to help outside the department (they can be scolded for wrong actions or warn about important, required information); 5) There was a small queue today, which cheered me up. 5 out of 5 Someone there complains that they say the employees are discussing something among themselves there. I want to tell such people that, yes, they can communicate with each other (I am speaking by my example), but they do their job. You should be interested in the work itself and the proper implementation of paperwork, and not that people enjoy communicating with each other. Colleagues, after all.

Oh, no. For some reason I was given a "Universal card" to receive a deposit, although, as the operator told me, it was possible to issue a card for payments. The question is: why should I lie about the fact that it is impossible to place a deposit on the card for payments?

A terrible department, the staff is frostbitten, you can't ask anything normally, they also impose services that I did not ask for. Fire the branch leader!

I do not often use the services of the PrivatBank branch, but I had to apply because the card of this bank had expired. Unfortunately I stood in line for more than 15 minutes. :( Although the very service of a specialist of this branch of the bank was very fast. For large micro-districts, one branch is probably not enough.
