Not only are they selling defective goods, but also when the client contacts, in the first days after the purchase, with a request to somehow solve the problem, they communicate very rudely. There is no administrator in this store, there are no results for the left application. As I was told "now, they crossed this threshold of the store after buying with the goods, everything, everything else is your problem!" This is normal???

Incompetent staff and service! I bought equipment (var. Surface, oven and washing machine) at the end of November 2020 in a store in Zaporozhye on Preobrazhensky Engineer Ave. The condition was delivery to Kiev to a specific address on 01/27/2021. On the appointed date, the technician did not arrive, and after my numerous calls only at the end of the next day it turned out that, on the contrary, she had left Kiev for Zaporozhye. I needed all the equipment on time, because people were tied up to install it. The hotline did not offer solutions, and each new girl asked to tell the whole story again, but there was no result from previous calls. In the end, they gave me the phone number of the manager of the said store in Zaporozhye, which I barely got through. At the same time, he himself did not bother to dial me. In general, the equipment was sent by "New mail". 01/29/21 the oven arrived. If you've watched Ace Ventura - The Pet Detective. Part 1 ”, where the hero of the film at the beginning of the film portrayed a courier and banged a parcel on the ground, then this is just a similar case. The oven was without any additional packaging, its "native" packaging was damaged almost from all sides (torn, cracked, covered with dirt), and from the bottom it was generally torn out. The bottom of the oven was curved inward. Naturally, I refused to receive the parcel in such a state that I signed up with the courier of "New mail". The rest of the goods I received only on 01/30/21, this time "New mail" delivered everything to add. packaging safe and sound. But for the oven, I myself went (at my own expense) in Kiev to one of the Eldrado stores and took it only on 31.01.21. At the same time, I had to pay for an additional call for specialists to install such equipment. As compensation for moral and material costs, I asked the manager of a store in Zaporozhye to make a "good" discount on a vacuum cleaner. But instead of a "good" discount it turned out to be "funny" - at a price of 5999 UAH. I was thrown off only 800 UAH. Is a mockery! I spent more because of this whole situation! So think before contacting deliveries from the Eldorado network. I will not buy anything else at Eldorado, although I bought quite a few from them. By the way, at the same time, on the same dates, I was buying large household appliances in a nearby “Comfy” store at the same address (Zaporozhye, Prospect Engineer Preobrazhensky) - well done guys, everything is organized at the highest level and delivered on time and place! I recommend Comfy to everyone!

I bought a phone: samsung m31. The seller and the girl at the checkout are sane people. Very interested in customer service. But the block that glued the glass, I thought it would crush the screen. The new phone rustles on the table in different directions, presses on the screen itself as if it wants to crush it on purpose. I regretted having ordered this service.

Today I received a tempting message on Viber about another Eldorado action!) The plans were to buy TV. They came with my wife, began to choose, decided on their own without the help of a consultant. At the time of the purchase, the salesman-consultant Grigory came to our aid, the guy has a way of communicating "on a murochka", he explained on TV, well, like what and how, well, he offered to buy a Megogo subscription. We were not against the offer, such a service is interesting to purchase immediately at the place, and the discount is not bad at the rate, BUT! Gregory said that if you do not buy this service from us, then when selling "we will remove all these icons, right up to the house! There will be a house and that's it, even YouTube will not be, only a house!". I even believed for a moment, a TV set for 17t., A house, emptiness ... In general, we did not buy a TV from him, for the simple reason that no one had ever brought us such nonsense. I recommend the management of Eldorado to conduct educational work with the employee regarding communication with the buyer, especially if people have already decided and know what they want! The store is good, there is a choice, I’m not there for the first time, but such a shot discourages any desire to visit the trading floor, it simply sows confusion with itself on the subject of deception and unscrupulous imposition of additional services, which leads to a possible deliberate damage to goods by employees.
