Our dog is aged and gets sick often. Periodically, various age-related diseases appear and Alena Fedorovna is always competent and quickly finds a way of treatment just for us (despite the fact that our dog does not tolerate many of the drugs and we ourselves cannot inject injections, therefore, we mainly give pills) the doctor always enters into the position and finds a way out for us. So if you are desperately trying to help your pet, and have not found a competent Veterenar, I sincerely advise vet plus and Alena Fedorovna.

We went to the vet doctor with complaints about the appearance of lesions on the body of the animal, on which the hair falls out, redness is visible, they looked like bumps and increased, there were several of them upon treatment, on the forehead and paw. We were invited for an examination, outwardly the vet doctor glanced at the dog very quickly, as if in a hurry somewhere. I asked again, you examined the dog well, you saw its paw, to which I received the answer: yes. Of the additional questions, the vet doctor asked if the skin lesions were increasing and if there were any secretions (I am not a doctor, you are conducting an examination and should look at the contents in these cones, bald patches or not!) No research and analyzes were carried out! (!!! having contacted another network of veterinary clinics, they made a scraping, took the wool for analysis, and conducted all the necessary laboratory tests !!!) As a result of an instant examination, the diagnosis was a fungal infection, vitamins Breversa were prescribed from the medicines - a complex supplement, immunodol - we increase immunity and Spray stop lichen and fungus, its main component is Clotrimazole, I do not see the correctness of treatment, because the reason is not clear! For 10 days we followed the treatment, the situation worsened, the lesions increased, a new one appeared on the paw !!! Realizing that urgent actions needed to be taken, we turned to another veterinary clinic, where we were sent for all the necessary tests, according to the results it was found that the dog had streptoderma two-component antibiotics were prescribed twice a day, Baneocin (an antibiotic for local application), I am not a spray stop lichen and fungus! And treatment with chlorhexidine 2-4%. I came to the vet clinic vet plus, asked the name of the doctor who examined my dog ​​in order to talk to her and understand the current situation, to which the administrator answered in a raised tone that she would not answer me anything, there were photos of all vets on the wall doctors (while asking my name, it's just ridiculous). In my experience, I do NOT recommend going to the vet plus clinic if you want the right treatment for your pet!
