I don’t have to throw money off, but this time I had to. And now, when transferring funds by interest, I entered the card less than I should have entered, despite the fact that the percentage was withdrawn! So also from those already on the map, they took another 11 UAH. I’m calling the bank, their line is constantly busy. I left a request for clarification of the situation, called back the next day, asked what I want (although I indicated the reason for the appeal in the message), I replied. The young man asked me if I want to know where 11 UAH went, I answer. of course I want. He speaks. not competent in this matter, wait for the next operator. I waited 16 minutes, the operators were busy. Naturally, nobody began to deal with the question in this way. I highly do not recommend this bank! Money leaves with periodic regularity and you can’t prove anything. It is a pity that the state obliged us to contact these scammers.
