The worst bank I have ever been to, the staff raises their voices, is rude, does not listen to the client. The administrator is not properly trained, does not execute his robot. How it works there remains a mystery. I am very sorry that I ran into this bank. I do not advise anyone !!!! And their hotline is a separate conversation !!!

The whole bank is a complete misunderstanding. There are branches only in big cities, to close a credit card you need to go to a bank branch in a big city. By mail and online, nothing is solved. Interest on loans is one of the largest in Ukraine. The operators are constantly boorish or simply not in the mood: the impression is that you are talking to a collection company. Money is credited for a long time. In the office on-line, nothing is clear. It takes a long time to understand. Before contacting this bank, think 10 times!

Bank specialists are boors, tactless and uncivilized people. A man sits in line, and a bank specialist got up and left for lunch. At the same time, when the head of the department called him "from lunch" to the phone and asked to resolve the issue of another client, he stopped lunch, told me to free up space, and leave to wait and generally he had lunch! The head of the department began to justify him, they say we have a floating lunch, he has the right to it and she herself let slip .. "when there are no clients! This means that the one who came "on call" is a client, and the others are waiting. All people try to resolve their issues at lunchtime, as our banks serve clients during their working hours, and often it is impossible to get to the bank after work. Such bank specialists, who provoke clients into conflict with their tactlessness, rudeness and inattention, should not work with people. This story concerns a young man, an employee of a department in Zaporozhye, Sobornyi Ave., 192. The client is always right, incl. and in this situation. I hope that the bank's management will consider this message and take action.
