This place certainly has some soviet atmosphere left over, sometimes a bit too much. If you are a foreigner it is very hard to understand what bus you need, or where what goes and at what time.

Complete incompetence of the international box office: in response to my questions about the trip (general time and queues at the border) from two people selling tickets, received different information. In the end for 12 hours. I sit and wait in line at the border and do not know when to cross it. And this situation has been going on for 4-5 days. Why say something that does not match what is available?

The waiting room is very small, homeless people sleep on the benches and gypsies beg, in the room of increased comfort the aunt with a sad face will not even offer tea, there was no paper in their toilet, she also washed her, she didn’t say a word about wi-fi. For an hour, the plate indicates UAH 15, as a result, a check of UAH 60 was issued in 3 hours. The only plus is the absence of gypsies and other people, oh yes, the plaster is still falling on the head. But there were sockets where you could charge your phone. There is no normal food there.

A shame! The bus station was not named "Bus Station 1", which is very inconvenient for tourists - even they (as well as Uzhgorod residents) are not informed that there is also "Bus Station 2". The schedule, for some reason, is only “one way” (which, incidentally, has been a problem from time immemorial) so I always watch it via the Internet. But, if we evaluate as a whole, then everything is not bad - by four with a minus. Pleasantly surprised by the increased comfort waiting room.
