A great place to relax from the city bustle. The place where you can be alone with untouched nature. The house is very comfortable and cozy and helps to enjoy the recreation. I’m looking forward to visit this place again. Owner is very polite and provides good service. I give 5 stars😊

Relaxing vibes

The house is located in a picturesque place with beautiful views of the mountains and spruce forest, away from people. Where no one will interfere with your vacation. The territory has everything for a wonderful holiday, a barbecue with firewood and a tub that will be happy to prepare for you. Perfect Eco-house with a beautiful modern interior. Everything in the house is done with taste. Also pleased with a large comfortable bed with orthopedic pillows and a mattress. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking a variety of dishes, there is a microwave. Beautiful solid wood dining table. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of Netflix, evening gatherings over a glass of wine and watching your favorite movies. Spacious bathroom with a full-length mirror, a large quality hair dryer. A house near the village of Pylypets, which can be reached in 20 minutes. In winter you can find entertainment to taste, there are ski lifts and one chairlift, there you can rent everything for skating. You can also have a tasty snack in local cafes. We will be glad to return in the summer)

We spent the second weekend in the "Tract above the farm." For the first time it was the beginning of September, and now it is a snowy frosty winter. Untouched nature around, a feeling of complete alienation from the noisy city (the nearest highway in 5 km). The owners of the "farm" did everything to make the guest feel at home. In a wooden house "full stuffing", up to the dishwasher, barbecue with a supply of firewood and a mini shop on the territory of the complex with various whims. We recommend this wonderful complex for a relaxing holiday!

Very picturesque place. We were before the new year, of course we wanted snow and although it rained all three days, it did not prevent a great rest. A small house with a landscape like in a fairy tale. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, new and high-quality things. The owner is very polite, advised us on any issues. I understand that the complex is still under construction and it did not affect the rest. In general, I am delighted.
