Anthony of Padua Church

The current church.

The church is located in the center of the village on a hill. There are beautiful views of the surroundings from here. The building itself is well preserved and looks powerful. The remains of a stone fence can be seen around the church. Part of the bell tower has also survived. Services are held in the church on Sundays. We were on Saturday, so we didn't get inside. But all the same, we got great pleasure from visiting this place and were charged with its energy.

The church was built by Anthony Prushinsky in the 18th century, in honor of the famous preacher - Franciscan Anthony, who involved non-believers in the Christian faith, was the protector of the wandering and needy, and also the patron of family relations. The Church of St. Anthony was built in the late European Baroque style. It amazes with its architectural perfection. Its facade is decorated with columns of the Ionic order. Near the temple are the remains of a bell tower and a stone fence. Today the church is a Roman Catholic church.

It takes a long time to get to this place, because the roads are very bad, it's not a cobblestone, but something like a grater, but the church itself is beautiful. I was just outside, as it was closed, but the area around the churches was tidy and very nice. There are wild grapes near it, which attracts photographers, so I recommend it. By the way there is a lake with ducks.
