Bank staff is good, but the bank itself is a solution. Lost more than an hour to transfer funds to one of their cards. Transactions were permanently blocked. Then another 30 minutes tried to take them off at the box office. Girls who could do, but the system was not understood by the bank. The appendix has many remarks on both design and functionality. Card does not work outside Ukraine (requires special contactless) CARL !!! MasterCard can not be settled abroad !!! I do not recommend.
