Unprofessional attitude towards clients. Rudeness and laughter in response to questions about the tour. I have never met a worse service. In addition, the tour was booked 3 weeks in advance. The reservation was paid. We ourselves called in 2 days to clarify where the landing would be. The tour turned out to be canceled. Moreover, we did not take leave from Western Ukraine and traveled by train. I advise you not to mess with this sharashka, but find yourself a good travel agency with professional operators.
