And she was very much needed, because first we listened to the disco until 12-1 at night, and then the drunks who sang, shouted and turned on the speakers with their music until the morning under the windows. We could hear that we were on the street. I am generally silent about other nuances. On the third day of unsuccessful attempts to change the number (preferably with windows in the windows), because all the rooms are busy, we called our operator. It turned out that Yana did not rest in this hotel, but only visually inspected the hotel and restaurant one (!) Day and she does not have to know how full the hotel is now. And one more thing - please buy spelling rules. Unfortunately, you not only behave unprofessionally, but also write illiterately, in each sentence of error and at the end of a few exclamation marks, it seems that you are shouting. As a result - the stated conditions do not correspond to reality, the operator behaved at least unprofessionally and rudely, nobody bears any responsibility for your rest. And in general, it seems that the office works on the principle "to buy a ticket, and there will be as it will be."
