Terribly. The agency sells the ticket and then bears no responsibility They bought a ticket from manager Yana. On our experience that the hotel has a disco and can be noisy, Yana assured us that she was resting in that hotel and no problems should arise. In addition, the hotel is less than half occupied, so there is a possibility of relocation. When we expressed concern that there are many stories about Russians, and we would like to relax culturally, she also used the same argument: the hotel is extremely small and there is of course everything is civilized. Upon arrival, it turned out that the five stars announced by Yana are clearly not 5 (and on some sites they write 4) - in our room instead of a window on one of the windows was a regular mosquito net. Neither the windows nor the doors were tightly closed, so there was no sound insulation at all. And she was very much needed, because first we listened to the disco until 12-1 at night, and then the drunks who sang, shouted and turned on the speakers with their music until the morning under the windows. We could hear that we were on the street. I am generally silent about other nuances. On the third day of unsuccessful attempts to change the number (preferably with windows in the windows), because all the rooms are busy, we called our operator. It turned out that Yana did not rest in this hotel, but only visually inspected the hotel and restaurant one (!) Day and she does not have to know how full the hotel is now. She corresponded with us as follows: "operators fill hotels without reporting to travel agencies !!", "I just do not understand how young people can interfere with the disco !!" "I just don't understand what's wrong with the windows !!". Moreover, we chose such a hotel for ourselves, so they say: "we knew what we were going for." We were impressed by this tone of correspondence, we were not that we did not sympathize, we were made some kind of boredom and guilty of everything. Dear Ms. Yano: if you bring a mattress to the Lagoon, pay a thousand euros for it and try to sleep there in the hallway for several nights in a row and maybe then you will learn how it is. And one more thing - please buy spelling rules. Unfortunately, you not only behave unprofessionally, but also write illiterately, in each sentence of error and at the end of a few exclamation marks, it seems that you are shouting. As a result - the stated conditions do not correspond to reality, the operator behaved at least unprofessionally and rudely, nobody bears any responsibility for your rest. And in general, it seems that the office works on the principle "to buy a ticket, and there will be as it will be."
