The essence of my feedback and comment to this department: I have been a client of OTP bank for many years, I have current accounts with this bank, which are registered in Kiev. I once went to rest in Odessa, and faced a problem or lack of competence of the director of the department. I urgently needed to make a payment across Ukraine on several accounts. I took my passport and card and came to the department. I ask girls if I can make payments? - they tell me YES, take the line! I waited 15 minutes, went up to the girl to the cashier, and they tell me that she does not understand how to make such a payment. Go speaks to another girl! I come up, ask a question, she says ok, now we'll do everything. A couple of minutes later, the director of the department comes up to her and asks what are you doing? She tells him that the client of the wholesale bank only of the Kiev branch wants to make a payment! - in response, she receives a ban on payments. The director says: you can't pay with us! Go to Kiev where they opened an account !!! How to solve my question, I ask him ?! In response, I get the answer: no matter how, go to Kiev and pay there! After a fairly long skirmish, the question was not resolved, except for a brazen grin in response to my questions, nothing else. I freaked out and went to a closed cashier, there was a pleasant woman already at an age, I asked her to sort it out and help me make payments. Within 10 minutes the issue was resolved in my favor. Dear representatives of OTP Bank, take care of personnel. Your stupid rude and young managers of departments are not competent and illiterate employees. The director of the department is an arrogant and young boor! For reception 1-! For service 1-! Service speed 1-! Thanks to the woman who helped to resolve the issue quickly.
