Disgusting attitude towards customers. I went with my mother to the bank to take the details of the current account, (this is 5 minutes of the case) - After the operation, mother, on a stick, cannot sit and stand for a long time. There are 4 girls working in the hall, only one had clients, they asked who could help us, they said to wait for the one who had people, no one else can serve us, waited 20 minutes, decided to ask how long to wait, said another 20 minutes (just they should have lunch in 20 minutes) - how is that ??? We turned around and left, no one offered any options, and did not even say goodbye. This is the attitude towards customers !!!!

The worst bank and service simply can not be found. There were always difficulties with the meager service and affiliate program (Pivdennyi ATMs and a couple of small banks, a HUGE commission everywhere and always, what is it ???), and during quarantine, they promised to extend the card’s life, which, as a result, today, May 2 - you can’t pay in stores, you can’t withdraw money from ATMs, including at Agricole’s ATM (Why send SMS to extend the life of the card, WHAT HAPPENS !?), any operations with the card are not feasible! Gentlemen, bypass this bank! HORROR!

The bank is disgusting - the rarest of indifference, they blocked the card, when they tried to transfer from card to card, they left it on the weekend without means of subsistence, phoned the bank on the second attempt, no one helped, they offered to apply to the bank department with a passport on a working day, and before that what to do? The answer is one - we do not know who we are talking to, so make a video call on the vibeer - you will see who you are communicating with, but why help a doctor during the quarantine period?

Bank with oddities. It turns out that it is impossible to pay for services with a card. The loan agreement is not transparent, implying something, but not talking about it.

I used the ATM only - no problems and no commission for withdrawals from a Polish bank.
