(or 5.5cm from the pipe surface to the ceiling) And it was unpleasant not from the problem itself, but from the boorish and disrespectful attitude from the "boss" Ivan, who runs the company that installed these boilers! The guy is about 24 years old !!! The impression was that he does not occupy this position by his own merits! He was rude, rude, did not answer phone calls, sent sms ... 😁 I had to contact the top management, thanks again to Liana Vasilievna, who helped to resolve this situation! The guys came in an hour and a half, they changed everything, and in their actions there was an order of magnitude more professionalism, tact and respect than their boss, thank them very much !! The repairs are finished, we are waiting for the 5th house to be completed! 😁 Providers did not please the grief either! There are only two of them, and according to the reviews, it again seemed like the worst! When we started to connect Infomir, we realized that it didn't seem! The first meeting fell through, made an appointment to connect, specially arrived, in the end waited 2 hours and had to leave without waiting, the next meeting did take place, but they brought a faulty modem, had to wait a long time until a new one was brought in, very long and inconvenient ... The specialists are young, one of them is a student, which also leads to the appropriate conclusions ... I hope everything will not be as bad as they write about this company! It's a pity that there is no choice ...

The complex is certainly not bad, the houses are made of red brick and look expensive and unique. But now it is not visible that 75% of the complex will be occupied by a green zone and infrastructure. I would say the opposite, now 75% is occupied by houses and paving slabs. I had friends, inside the houses it was cozy and beautiful. But walking around the territory of the complex, I realized that everything is like that of other developers. Yes, there are benches, a small fountain and one small playground. Trees and bushes are planted I do not argue. But, where is the park itself and recreation areas for residents of the complex. Near the first house there is a small piece of the green zone, but four houses have already been commissioned. The idea and the whole advertising company is certainly good, but you need to keep your promises. I also planned to buy an apartment here, but now in doubt. I cannot name this complex as a park yet. It's a pity ( I think the plus at the moment is that the houses are not like the others (red brick, good soundproofing in apartments, closed territory and proximity to the sea, although not a step-by-step one. Everything else is “advertising”. He also followed Facebook posts on Sauvignon Park and promised in December that a unique green zone would appear in spring - with ponds, flowering lawns, bushes, trees and modern park furniture. Unfortunately all this is not. But the houses are of course built further. We will follow the complex and hope for the best)

This complex attracts with its low rise, material - red brick !!! and the promised park around the houses. The park has not yet grown)) I hope there will be trees and enough recreation areas to have enough for everyone. The sales department didn't like Elena's advice. The impression was that she wanted to get us out as soon as possible.
