Great team! All tours were tailored to my desires and even surpassed them. A stay at the Jacoranda Hotel - Turkey, it was a fairy tale. The bus tour to Europe was only remembered pleasant memories. We are thinking about new travels, see you soon ...

Thank you very much Svetlana, for the excellent selection and preparation of our vacation. I listened to all conditions, wishes, and then I need to listen to the tour operator, and not to show the ambition (as someone writes) I am grateful to you for somewhere insisting on the option that the whole family did not really like, in the end, it became the best entertainment and highlight of the rest for both our children and my parents. The vacation was WONDERFUL !!!! P.S. thank you for your concern and reminder on the eve of departure about all the documents, and the call was also pleasant early in the morning upon arrival, “are we all right and how did we get there” Great job! Sensations, one to one, like visiting a school cafeteria ...) I answer your answer: The point is not whether we have achieved cooperation, but how (!) You communicate with people. And by the way, you confuse me with someone. Do not take it to heart, this is just my subjective opinion, and I have the right to recall, good - freedom of speech. And there are plenty of agencies around, we won’t die without each other. P.S. There, all relatives have already set 5 stars or are there anyone left this fate?)
