(TUI network) I bought a tour to Zanzibar for the New Year holidays. In December, I was informed that the Zanzibar tour was canceled due to the cancellation of the aircraft. I want to relax and I buy a tour there in India (naive girl). The day before departure, Kasyanov calls me and says that there is no confirmation of the hotel, and I am not flying to India. A night of shock and in the morning I am with a girlfriend at a travel agency. I am offered to write a cancellation of the tour to India and after that the money will be returned. I say that I will write the cancellation after the refund (God himself prompted me to this). Kasyanova's husband, Vladimir, began to run into me. I say one thing, “Return the money.” Then I contacted the TUI office. They helped me in forcing Kasyanov to take my money back application. So the New Year passed. I am in Kiev ... MONEY DOES NOT RETURN. TUI lawyers call me and say that they are asking to inform Kasyanov when she returns the money. And on January 10, they declare to me: “You gave money not to us, but to Kasyanova.” STOP!! In offices hangs a sign that this is TUI !! They sold franchises and are not responsible for anything. She immediately began to investigate. The tour operator of my tours was Travel Professional Group. I contacted them and got an answer: “A tour to Zanzibar was booked in your last name from 12/27/2017 to 01/07/2018 - an application from Kasyanov Oksana Volodimirіvna FOP (Network TUI) 11/20/2017 1:29:27 PM we informed your agent: “Dear colleagues, in connection with the cancellation of the charter program, we offer you a flight to the Fly Dubai airline on the same dates at no additional cost. Please inform the decision as soon as possible. Thanks!" 11/20/2017 18:49:35 Your agent answered us: “Tourists are not ready to fly to Fly Dubai, please cancel the application.” The reservation for Zanzibar is not paid, your agent did not receive finance to our company. There is no reservation for India. ” As you know, no one agreed on anything with me. They never returned the money to me !!!!
