Really fast, professional, and fair priced. So many tech stores in Kyiv, but few are of good quality. Have purchased Apple accessories here including an Apple Watch band and screen protector. The protector was applied flawlessly!

Good guys. Answered on all my questions and offer a good price. Very comfortable and clean office. Nice design by the way. The only but the biggest issue is "cash only" method of payment and closest ATM is not right outside the shop. So, be prepared and bring the cash when you want to buy something here. In everything else, only positive impressions.

Worst experience I ever had!! Using apple for the last 10 years and never had such a behavior! Since I bought the phone 3 weeks ago, every time I fly and change SIM card, it asks for reactivation!!! And today it refuses to accept the local SIM of Ukraine where the phone was purchased. Sitting at the shop and waiting until some guy will reply online to the sales person! They can’t even provide a service on the spot!! Now after 1 hour of “negotiations” they ask me to pay for 20 usd for charger that is missing!! They never heard what is SERVICE!!!! If you expect an original product and normal service DONT BUY HERE!!!
