The aircompany performed a charter flied, we used. Everything was ok except for distance between rows. A person of 180 cm height will have not sufficient place for knees.

DO NOT even try them! i don't know how they have license to work - fly. It's a company from 1990 in the year of 2019!

Stay away ! This company changing names so that you can't follow the past. We booked tickets from Athens to Kyiv and vice versa. We bought 2 way ticket because was better price than 2 separate. We paid 435€. 2 weeks before flying they send us mail that without reason they just canceling flights. We explained that new tickets to refund to our country is 400€ one way, the way that they should return us all they money or just provide us with the ticket. They did not cared, they provide us another flight 5 days before as last option. We had paid car rental and hotel and we was going to loose all those 5 days of hotel and car rental and we explained that this is not an option. They returned us 157€. To add here that the airplane has old TV tube technology monitors. This is just to understand how old is this airplane.... I repeat stay away from this company ! You can easily find yourself in unpleasant situation. Maybe of course next year will change name again but anything with flex flight from Zhyliany airport should give you red flag!

Unfortunately, the staff is incompetent and not efficient. We dropped our sunglasses somewhere between our seats and realized that when we got off the plane. When we asked to look for them, they wouldn't let us back onto the plane and didn't look properly either. The sunglasses are not as valuable as a phone or a passport. This situation shows just the incompetence of the cabin crew.

Flight Kiev-Tivat JNK 5553 08/15/2020, seats at the end of the cabin, we reach, the child sits down, I need to place 2 suitcases on top, mine and the child, looking for empty seats with my eyes, flight attendant Victoria Vinnik, instead of helping, rolls her eyes, continues to stand and rudely says: "Oh, girl, can you do it faster?" Apparently, Victoria Vinnik behaves like this with passengers all the time, because when at the exit I asked another flight attendant (a very polite and sweet girl, by the way) to tell me the name and surname of Victoria Vinnik, she clarified: "I was rude to you, right?" If the airline reads reviews, I recommend dismissing Victoria Vinnik. Photo of dirt in the cabin between the seats on the return flight is attached.
