I recommend manager Alexander - he is a pro! I came to Vida Nissan on the Ring Road to Alexander, and Vitaly met me. I agreed by phone with Alexander on a test drive for 3 cars, and Vitaly was able to spend time on only two. And that's good, but I'm not completely satisfied with the quality of service. This is the second mistake of the Nissan brand in Ukraine in relation to my expectations. I have a comparison with other car dealerships in Kiev for different brands and I will say that Nissan and Renault are the worst brands - car dealerships allow their employees to interact with potential customers on a "blunder" that is not high quality. perform their duties 99%, and in your soul you feel cold from these people and not attentiveness, that is, it is a formal approach to performing their duties. I am not satisfied with visiting the VIDI Nissan showroom at 60-A Velyka Kiltseva Street, Kyiv. I do not recommend. Look for those who will respect you and your time. I want to add to my review, which I wrote above: As of today, January 25, 2021. everything has changed in the approach to work, to clients (at least to me - as a client) in this showroom employees have become more responsive and attentive - thank you very much for that! Special respect to the sales manager Alexander, who conducted several test drives with me and answered all my questions and even more.
