Terrible service. Can travel in Poland with a delay of 2-3 hours. Get reliable information and unprofessionalism of employees by phone. Bypass this sharashkin's office on the 10th road, because the trip is from the promised 15 hours at 25-30. Gather people from all buses in one and expectations both across Ukraine in some hours, and after border in 5-6 hours

Bypass this office 10 times! In Poland, a delay of more than one hour, the site says that 2 pieces of luggage for free - a blatant lie, because for the second, even a small handbag, require money. In Ukraine there were 2 stops for transfers, in Khmelnytsky the waiting time is 2 and a half hours to get on the second bus, people are angry, because standing 2 and a half hours in the yard and freezing, whoever you want will be angry, luggage does not fit, drivers are rude. Packed in 1 bus all those who went from different directions - coronavirus, quarantine? have never heard of such. Horror, don't buy tickets from them.

Do not even think about using the services of this office. I went from the Czech Republic to Ukraine 11/13/20. Three times he clarified the route before leaving, the dispatcher blatantly lies and then they do not pick up the phone. As a result, we went on a different route, which is why I got a fine fine. The luggage was loaded for 2 hours, the lag was 5 hours behind the schedule, all the drivers had one answer - don't like walking. The buses are old. In short, lux- reiseen cares only about their own profit, and unfortunately for them passengers are only profit.

Thank you! The drivers are responsible and polite! The person who conducts correspondence in Viber is friendly and responsible, ready to help! And the dispatcher on the phone is evil and not at all kind))) Perhaps I was not lucky and she was just in a bad mood)))))

This is not the first time I turn to Lux-Reisen for trips abroad. I want to say that for all the time there were no comments at all, the service is always at a high level, the pricing policy is not inflated. The carrier fully copes with its task buses are clean, comfortable, drivers respond to passengers' appeals in a timely manner. The flights are successful, the whole route is on schedule, fast border crossing. I have never regretted my choice! I highly recommend this company. Here everything is clear and comfortable!
