Polite staff, clean rooms, well-groomed and clean area, both at the base and on the beach. The beds are all with orthopedic mattresses, the bedding is clean and fresh, the plumbing is, of course, a little tired, but in the price / quality ratio - really the best. P.S. And by the way - a separate respect for access to the beach! Well maintained, calm and safe! Which is generally a rarity for zhp. No crowds of people clung to the roadside hucksters and hitting the heels of trucks every minute ... There is also a dining room, in short, the best :)

Instead of a cabinet, there are only doors, a bar and three hangers. All things are in the aisle in two suitcases, where you have to dig three times a day. I am resting with my child, so it is not convenient for me. Moreover, the passage is already narrow. Not designed for my suitcases. The sink is tilted; bathroom accessories cannot be installed. Going down. Water, sand from swimsuits and coffee leftovers remain in the sink, as it is under the level. I have such circumstances that I have to leave. I asked for a refund for the second half of the paid days. A categorical refusal. They refer to the fact that it is very difficult to do business. I quite understand, since earlier the boarding house was filled with vacationers on tours. But that's a different story. This is the market. You need to adapt. Therefore, I advise vacationers to pay not the entire amount at once. And in parts. It will be fair. And a guest guarantee. Food in the dining room from the boarding house is expensive. But the staff are very friendly. Both in the dining room and in the boarding house. Room cleaning every 5 days. White bed, wifi only in the lobby, but works constantly.
