Disgusting service and staff. The cashier is chatting on the phone even though she has a queue. When dealing with a really serious problem, the head of the department cannot hide his contempt on his face, fawns only in front of some business clients - what sheer hypocrisy.

Disgusting workers with boorish behavior. They spread false information. They told my mother that when the credit card was closed, they said the salary card was closed. And they did not give the opportunity to either close the card or lower the limit.

Boorish service ... I came to bind a phone number to a card, the pincode from which I don't remember ... The girl offered to reissue the GOLD card, saying that it has a larger credit limit and all of its privileges, forgetting to say that there is a monthly payment (which does not suit me). I have never used and am not going to use a loan, to which I was answered "situations are different, suddenly something happens to you and you need money urgently." I flatly refused the Gold card. to which they told me that they did not have Universal cards. I understand that employees get more if they "issue" more gold cards, but this is too much ... Her intonation was "bumping" and accusing me of rarely using the map ... I'm shocked by this service ...

Working conditions, I do not think are good. While the employee is talking with one client, the clients in the queue are "warming their ears" - this way any person in the queue can hear my information or any data. Despite the fact that there are a lot of people, the room is small, the staff is friendly, attention is paid to everyone. Thanks.
