The most terrible banking branch in the history of mankind: one terminal, very hot. Moreover, the terminal has some problems every five minutes. When someone asks for help, employees make a displeased face. And it still needs to try to help someone find. In the hall, there is no one from the staff. When you ask to help the cashier find someone, he says that he does not know anything.

An ordinary bank that is not full of people, those who do not like the service ... I believe that if you formulate your requests constructively and politely, you will always be helped and prompted. I often visit the bank and are always greeted with a smile.
