I turned to this branch once, the attitude to customers is terrible. After contacting the hotline with a complaint, I went there again, because they are registered there, the attitude is even worse. Knowing me, they decided to take revenge and simply did not accept at all. Serving the lady in front of me, referring to the computer "curtain", as a result we stood on the street for 40 minutes, and we were not yet planned to receive. Mrs. manager looking at us through the window, typing something on the computer with one finger. After contacting the hotline, the branch started to serve only legal entities, although they used to work together, and just watched the people gather on the street. My children and I were forced to leave because we simply froze in anticipation. I have never met such a terrible attitude in any bank. does not respond to complaints, customers are being held for trash!
