Horrible service !!! Not only is the queue enormous, after 40 minutes. staying in a queue for you also insisted, the operation officer did not give proper advice, looked at you with an unsatisfied expression of the face, it seems like what came and how many more you such, there is no rest from you, where you would rather go, so that you could relax. This is not the level of the Banking Authority! Dissatisfied bank employees should change their place of work and not scare customers. Although, on the other hand, clients in Privatbank is enough, maybe because working there, behave like that, they say everything will be served even ... It's sad.
