I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND to contact this online store. I waited for a refund for more than a month, and then they returned it only after an unscheduled DPSS check, since I wrote a complaint. How it all happened, you can read on Facebook, having found the publication by hashtag - I do not recommend karelles Half a month after checking the DPSS of the store manager, I was sent a direct message to which I was extremely surprised, there were no comments at all, there is a separate post on Facebook about this under the name "Purchase at KARELLE's as a one-way ticket ..." I hope my review will help many to save their money, and most importantly - nerves.

This is the first time I see such a responsible store ☝️ a receipt and a warranty card were issued with the order. Even well-known brands don't do that. I also want to note the service, the manager Karina helped to choose the size and helped with the choice of color, for me it's always a problem)) it's hard to choose and just don't buy. They even offered me coffee 🥰 thank you, your brand for a pleasant purchase. I'm waiting for new products and will definitely come again)

I ordered trousers, the manager contacted within 20 minutes. Received the order the next day. The quality of the fabric is excellent, as I imagined, the style and size👌. Satisfied with the service. For me, the decisive factor is what is in stock and on order, depending on the style, sizes XXL (XXXL)
