Dont accept returning phones

11.11.2020 contacted the store to replace the Vodafone SIM card from 3g to 4g. On replacing the card, I was consulted in the company store (| and what needs to be done). The seller told me that the replacement costs UAH 49. I asked why not 25, to which I received an answer: this is the cost of the card + sales service. The seller asked for the numbers of the last 3 calls. What for??? Then he changed the card and called the operator. The operator did not ask him for my last calls. 🤔 When I bring the card to the terminal (Paypass) I see out of the corner of my eye that the amount is 75 UAH and not 49 UAH. To my question why there is already a different amount to be debited and at the same time I was not even informed. Received an incomprehensible answer. The client must be respected! Inform about all the opportunities available to him, and not keep him for a sucker. If a client asked for a service, please tell us and offer.

The most terrible department Hello! Several times a year I make large purchases in this network, I have always been satisfied, but with different branches and service. For almost a month I carefully chose my phone. 08/02/2020 I bought a Samsung Galaxy M11 phone in the evening (sorry not Iphone 11) 😡 I left an order on Allo.ya and I was promised one delivery time, but delivered the next day. When I came with my mother to pick up the phone (a gift for my birthday), we had gift certificates and + Hello exchange. At first everything was fine, then, when the department staff found out which model I had chosen for myself, they offered me a Vivo phone, I did not like one model (there was no NFC), and the second model exceeded my budget by UAH 1,500. I politely refused, after which the department employees began to talk very rudely to me, almost rude, to impose Vivo and assure me that I had chosen a very bad phone (who has enough money for what, you know) when it came to placing an order, with imposing services from Allo - I had a vip - the package with AdGuard is still active, they began to convince me that I needed their new antivirus, and the previous service just sucks. I do not argue, there is probably a sales plan from Vivo and the Allo company itself teaches its employees to work with objections, but can you be more polite? You brought your mother to hysteria with your rudeness! She left the store and burst into tears, because we have never seen such rudeness! They ruined my mood ... Now I will dissuade everyone I can from shopping in Allo.
