Strongly do not recommend this store. Tk how counterfeit goods are sold. I bought a charger for the Iphone, I say let me bought the original, and when I came home I began to doubt that it was the original, I went to other stores and asked if it was the original or not, they said that a 100% copy in 2 stores says the same thing) And I bought it in this store because that the price was attractive It is better to buy at a full price list and in official stores where supplies from APPLE come, you will be sure that the original.

This is not the first time I have used this store, but I came across warranty service for the first time. As a result, I will no longer use this store, it is better to pay 100-200 UAH and buy on Rozetka or Aliexpress. And I do not advise you to buy here until this store is able to resolve disputes over warranty cases. My story is simple. Bought an electric toothbrush SOOCAS X3U (around 1200 UAH) less than three months as it began to work poorly. Sent under warranty to which I was told that I violated the rules of operation and it has water in the middle. I asked to write to me what are the rules of operation of this brush, I was prescribed just unrealistic rules, where I even find out I can not wash this brush !!! And if you read the description on the site, this brush generally has protection against water (expected that I will not even read the characteristics). After long conversations with the employees of the contact center, I was told that they could not do anything because the service center had given such a report. That is, this store does not even have a department that resolves disputes. The service center is like a separate institution - as they said it will be and they can not do anything here. Then I started correspondence with the service center again to prove that I used it incorrectly because I was sure that I did not swim in the bath with the brush, did not open the cap and it did not fall into me. Of course, they could not prove it, but simply stated the fact that the brush has water in the middle. Knowing this brand, I did not rule out that there may have been a lack of assembly and water gradually accumulated in the brush. But this store did not want me to return a new or even half the amount. This store is not interested in the loyalty of its customers.

On September 25, 2019, in the Touch store, I bought an MSI GS65 9SE laptop for UAH 48,630. The Touch store employees were very aggressive in promoting their extended warranty to me, even though I had canceled several times. This is not so important, but spoiled the impression. 08/10/2020 I handed over the laptop to the Touch store for warranty repairs due to the fact that the laptop hinge bent the matrix and the lid when opening and closing (the internal mount probably broke). The Touch employee in the acceptance certificate form, after inspection, indicated that there were no mechanical damages on the case and added that it was in perfect condition. On August 25, 2020, an employee of the Touch store notifies me that I was denied a warranty repair because my case is not included in the manufacturer's warranty conditions. During the delivery of repairs, I learned that in order to determine whether the warranty terms of repair were met, the Touch store was handed over to the hands of an unauthorized MSI store employee who was located in Dnipro and had no right to open the laptop. That is, I was denied warranty repair by people who are not allowed to open the laptop and are still in Dnipro, and it took 15 days (the seals remained in place). I was offered a paid repair in Dnipro, which will be performed by a service center not authorized by MSI. I would not waste energy on a negative review if I had not sent the laptop to the only authorized MSI service center in Ukraine, F1Center from Kiev, which approved the warranty repair. I attach all documents to confirm my words. I categorically do not recommend this store for the purchase of equipment, which in the event of a breakdown you would like to return for warranty repair.
