I used to come here for every little thing, everything was fine. But yesterday a certain situation arose. In the evening, I urgently needed 3 eight or five port switches. I arrived at the store at 5:55 pm, although it is indicated that the store is open until 6:00 pm, the store doors were already closed, and the lights were on inside. I rang the bell, an employee came out and showed me through the door, they say, that's it, we don't work. Through the door, I tried to shout to him that they say guys, it’s very urgent for me, I went in and bought it. And also indicated that it is not yet 18:00. Despite this, the seller replied in the same way, they say, everything is closed. Dear management, please explain to your "sellers" that if the store's schedule is before 18:00, then at 18:00, they just have to close the doors, and only then start closing the shift, etc., and not go to 18:00. P.S. purely in principle, I will not buy anything else in this network and I do not advise others

Please tell me, refilling a cartridge is an impossible task that takes 2-3 weeks? Your employee, when asked whether it is possible to refill the cartridges, answered: the master may or may not be. They asked, if you leave, from how much can you pick up? The answer killed: 2-3 weeks. Well, in another place, if anything, we refueled it in 15 minutes. We have contacted before, but here again I was convinced that this is a sharazhkina office.
