I gave my phone for repair, a broken screen. Changed in a few hours. The call came to pick up, the screen moved away from the phone, made a remark, said to come the next day. I came to pick it up again, pressed the screen. There are two white spots left. When I asked why the answer was "we can remove it, give you the old one and your prepayment and that's it," he laughed that I was not happy. They said there were pins, tell all the people when they change the screen there are pressed spots? ... This has never happened. They themselves realized that they had spoiled it, but did not admit it. The work is not a neat master. Better contact another center. The phone is not one of the cheap models that you would spoil it like that. Not high quality, although I paid money for it !!! Read this comment and know! Work more carefully with other people's things and if you make a mistake then admit it !!!!!

The phone was brought for urgent repair after 5 minutes of water. In the morning 10.09. They promised to help. Until 4:00 pm, nothing was done. Even the battery was not disconnected. When asked why, you promised, you said that "it seemed to you"! They took it to another service!

I handed over a charger and a laptop for repair to replace the case and keyboard. The charger was repaired, everything is super, quickly and efficiently. When repairing a laptop, they forgot to attach the BIOS battery (it seems that the name is responsible for the default settings). They asked if I had it, to which I replied - yes, it really was. When I came home, I noticed that the time was not right, I removed the cover and saw that there was no battery. It's good that I didn't throw out the old case, which was returned to me after the repair, the battery turned out to be glued to it ... You need to be more careful when assembling, I understand, loading and a lot of clients, but this is already out of the category - negligence. Maybe my case is an isolated one, but not very pleasant.

Hostility is not even a major plus !!! This time of work is better here - from 8 o’clock !! It saved me more than anything that saved me in my life !! Thanks a lot!
