Was passing through in Krivoy Rog and broke my screen on iPhone XS Max Really surprise cause wasn’t expected so good Apple service in Ukraine!

In early October 2019, I purchased an Iphone 7 in the App Grade store in the Solar Gallery and issued a warranty to replace the battery after a year. 09/29/2020 the store of this company on Gagarina Avenue turned to as the master works only there. The battery was replaced for me, but, in addition, they demanded a payment of UAH 200 for "restoring the tightness" of the iPhone, although there is nothing about this in the warranty document! After such service, I will no longer go to your stores, but I will turn to where everything will be clear and transparent. On October 1, the store owner called me. He apologized and returned UAH 200, and promised to provide a bonus on purchase for the future.

Very good and positive attitude to the client, gave for repair Iphone 6: 1) Replacing the LCD display module (Original) 2) Replacement of the case 3) Battery replacement 4) Glued protective glass Everything was done just fine, nothing lags, everything works) Not a shop, but just a miracle :)
