On January 20, 2020, a phone was purchased in the Allo store (Kryvyi Rih, 95th quarter, Plaza 4). Service does not match the store. 1) Consultants allow themselves to make incorrect statements about the client. 2) Do not allow to inspect the phone until the payment is made. They threaten to pay for some difference if we unpack the phone before payment. 3) The phone turned out to be defective and does not detect the Wifi network. I have never met worse service. And I'm waiting for a personal apology from the employee of this store. At this stage, I advise you to bypass this store by the side.
