If within 1 year something breaks (battery, speaker, screen), they must replace the part in the Nomi service with a new part. Warranty 1 year even applies to charging and USB cable. I was so changed charging in the service Fly in 2015, charging was 9 months.

I brought back a mobile phone, bought for as much as UAH 500 the next day, I could not make a return because there was no film on the screen, which was also missing at the time of the purchase of the product, after the seller snatched it from my hands and began to rub it with a rag (apparently inspected for scratches, having a long sloppy manicure), said that there was a scratch. I am more than sure that it was delivered by the employee of this SMS store at the time of the inspection. My attempts to explain to the staff that the phone was sold without a protective film were unsuccessful. The reason for my return, or rather attempts, was that I had difficulties with unlocking the device, which was buggy for moments. And the final of this apotheosis was the phrase of that very sales assistant - "Yes, you still have to pay me extra for informing you!" ...
