29.07.2020 sometimes the incompetence of the Bank is breathtaking...not any decision might be done by the staff in the branches if you are a non resident and want to replenish your account....so, they are calling their headoffice in Odesa, waiting for the officer, which is at coffeebreak as the time of the client doesnt count for them. Beside this they are also not able to read the own arguments concerning their actions...f.e.my question - Why you didnt replenished my own transfer by TransferWise to my card account? Answer- because of instruction 492 Nr. 70 NBU - I asked again - you red the Nr. 70 point 1) concerning objects of taxation??????Beside this-new regulation since january 2019 already. Incredible lack of professionalism and even they do not want to learn! 12.02.2021 as it seems, this "bank" negates the full scale of ukrainian legislation - they dont follow the terms of the law about citizens appeals, they deny to receive funds due to court decisions to accounts of temporary residents, deny UAH-P2P-payments IN SCANDALOUS IGNORANCE OF THE APPLICABLE UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOREIGNERS NEVER EVER TO WASTE TIME AND NERVES WITH THIS INCOMPETENT DEBILS! SEEMS THAT THIS BANK WAS BORN DUMB AND DIDNT LEARNED ANYTHING SINCE THEIR FOUNDATION!

We have been working with the bank for 19 years. About 4 years ago, there were no questions about communications at all. But for 2 years now it's just some kind of mockery. We turned to a bank specialist on the issue of a letter of credit, dropped the approximate rates. Someone does not answer calls and does not call back. I never got the information. She explained that it was for participation in the tender. But apparently they need clients so much!

An institution where employees are persecuted. They are looking for the slightest opportunity to collect the bonus from the employees. They send secret shoppers and don't check their report with reality! Pivdenny leadership, wake up !!!! You are the worst bank that treats employees with disrespect !!!! It is actually not so easy to find decent employees !!!! Draw conclusions and watch your cameras !!! with sound !!!!! Evaluate adequately each employee !!!!!

Miserable bike parking, not suitable for bicycles in any way, security, ready or for conflict at any opportunity, if you are not on a representative car. The interior is clean, but there is no distance and disinfection during quarantine. The parking attendant is friendly and always willing to help. Otherwise, after the problems with security and bike parking, the bank had a negative impression.

The reason for blocking access to my money in this bank was an extract from the VHI website that the passport was allegedly invalid. At the first call to the VHI service, they confirm the error of their base, but it takes 14 working days to correct it. Bottom line: Bank Pivdenny completely cut off access to my account on the basis of an extract from the register, which does not provide LEGAL information, but is an INFORMATION resource. Pivdenny, what is this racketeering? Why should I live until you restore access to money? Will you restore or is it your thieves' scheme? People, draw your own conclusions, this bank is not on your side and will set you up at any opportunity. And we are talking about an account with a decent amount.
