Feedback on the work of the cashier in the office at the address Cherkasy, st. Vyacheslav Chornovol, 118. Unfortunately, I did not ask for the name and surname. On April 2, 2017, I came to this department to exchange iron hryvnias for paper ones. To that the cashier answered me that they did not change, you see there is nowhere to put them. Told me to pay them at the store. (Try at least 2-3 hundreds of iron rubles to put in your hands, and even climb shops with them). According to the law, they do not have the right to refuse, while they are quietly changing in another branch, because the bank is state-owned. In general, I did not curse, but an unpleasant precipitate for the whole day, plus the pain in my shoulders, because I wore hryvnias in a backpack. More to the bank with no foot and for no money!
