Very poor quality services and unprofessional staff. I applied for phone diagnostics, they took 150 UAH., I didn’t even open the phone, they issued an act with non-existent damages, because of which they refused to pay insurance compensation!

Several times applied for service. Son of Lenovo and Sonia, his wife - NTS. Honestly say what can and does not. Warn about spare parts delivery terms. Overall satisfied.

It’s a terrible place, the quality of service is nothing, and they’re doing it so badly, just to make it happen. I recently repaired the headphones for 1250 UAH, changed the right speaker to some cheap one, one ear sounds high quality, and the second like with cheap headphones I think better places. I DO NOT recommend it!
