I have visited here with my wife to get very nice souvenirs for my friends and family back home on many different occasions, always very nice service and very friendly. Plus very helpful when we needed to get photocopies of documents or downloads.

The impression is very depressing after the visit. I advise you never to go down to this basement. My only mistake was that after I came in and greeted the girl at the front desk and heard the answer ... nothing, I didn't turn around and leave. After the second time, I still heard the answer "draste". I don't expect to be put on a chair or treated to coffee, but running after people so that they pay a little attention to you is very unpleasant. It may be necessary to make an order for a certain amount to pay some attention, who knows. Well, you can survive the unfriendliness of the staff, we live in Cherkasy, but the situation was worse. After printing the documents, I asked to delete them from the PC and from the mail. These were tax returns, not mine yet. I think that there is nothing strange or criminal in such a request, especially since it takes a couple of seconds. But the woman who printed the documents just freaked out. She started going crazy and told me not to come here again if I was going to accuse her of something. Of course, I'm not going to come here anymore, but such inappropriate behavior is surprising and confusing. And I still blame her and all this basement office. It's a shame to treat people like that.
